Abstract

The invention discloses a numerical simulation analysis method for basic characteristics of a moving-iron loudspeaker. The method is divided into two parts. The first part is to simulate and analyze the magnetic field change caused by the position change of the balance armature, and the magnetic field change can cause the change of electromotive force and electromagnetic force. In the first part,the change relationship between the electromotive force on the coil and the electromagnetic force on the armature along with the displacement of the armature is calculated; the second part is based onthe first part, basic characteristics of the moving-iron loudspeaker are simulated and analyzed, and the basic characteristics comprise an impedance curve, a sound pressure level frequency response curve, sound pressure, sound pressure level distribution and the like of the loudspeaker. Two parts of the method respectively comprise six main steps of (1) establishing a geometric model, (2) settinga physical field and boundary conditions, (3) defining material parameters, (4) setting grid types and sizes and dividing grids, (5) carrying out solving calculation, and (6) carrying out result post-processing.
