The method comprises the steps of configuring a standby control plane according to the configuration information sent by a controller, wherein the configuration information comprises configuration data of a main control plane; establishing a connection tunnel with the forwarding plane according to the tunnel construction instruction and the configuration data sent by the controller; receiving a message sent bythe forwarding plane through the connection tunnel, wherein the message comprises message type information; and processing the message according to the message type information of the message. By configuring an established standby control plane and establishing a connection tunnel between the standby control plane and the forwarding plane, the message sent by the forwarding plane is received through the connection tunnel. The message is processed according to the message type information of the message. The service of the main control plane is recovered. The problem that the service cannot berecovered when the link connection between the main control plane and the forwarding plane fails is avoided.
