The method comprises the steps that when a zero calibration instruction is received, zero calibration data sent by the encoder is acquired, and outage saving is performed; when the system is powered on, the saved zero calibration data and real-time collected data sent by the encoderin real timeare acquired; actual data values are determined according to the zero calibration data and the real-time collected data; and whether the encoder crosses zero or not is judged according tothe real-time collected data, and if the encoder crosses zero, zero-crossing processing is performed on the actual data values, wherein an initial position, measured by the encoder, of a mechanical device is set to be zero.
