Embodiment 1

Abstract

The invention discloses a berberine smoke agent and application thereof. A preparing method of the berberine smoke agent comprises the following steps of (1) utilizing water or ethyl alcohol for extracting berberine from cortex phellodendri or rhizoma coptidis, and conducting filtering and concentration to obtain a plant extracting solution containing berberine; (2) soaking tobacco shreds with theplant extracting solution containing berberine for 2-6 hours, and adsorbing the berberine with the tobacco shreds to obtain tobacco shred berberine; (3) drying or airing the tobacco shred berberine at 60-70 DEG C, smashing the tobacco shred berberine, and making the tobacco shred berberine pass through a 60-mesh sieve; (4) uniformly mixing the sieved tobacco shred berberine with a carrier, then adding a combustion improver, a smoke producing agent and fuel into the mixture for mixing, and conducting smashing and sieving to obtain the berberine smoke agent. The smoke agent can be used for disease and pest control over gray mold, powdery mildew and the like on greenhouse crops, the smoke agent is efficient, capable of saving the time and labor, and convenient to apply, equipment like machines is not needed, complicated steps like water adding are omitted, and the berberine smoke agent particularly has a more special meaning for regions in lack of water.
