Aiming at the problems of more false alarms and poor availability caused by low recognition rate in an existing optical fiber vibration early warning system, the invention provides a vibration source voiceprint identification method based on i-vector local weighted linear discriminant analysis, and the weight of a neighbor sample of a to-be-identified vibration source is increased when intra-class and inter-class divergence is calculated. On this basis, by improving theresolution capability between the neighborhood local classes of the vibration source to be recognized, recognition errors caused by channel differences are reduced, and therefore good robustness canbe kept in a complex channel environment.
