Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, device and system for measuring the total radiation power of an array antenna, and the method comprises the steps: determining the Rayleigh resolution of the array antenna in an angle space, and setting the stepping grid spacing of sampling points according to the Rayleigh resolution; and determining sampling points according to the stepping gridspacing, measuring equivalent omnidirectional radiation power (EIRP) at the positions of the sampling points, and determining TRP according to the EIRP. Compared with the traditional test mode of anangle stepping grid theta grid and phi grid being 15 degrees, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the measurement error is reduced; in addition, through normalized wave vector space conversion, the number of sampling points is further reduced, and the measurement efficiency is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of wireless communication, in particular to a method, device and system for measuring total radiated power (Total Radiated Power, TRP) of an array antenna. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of people's demand for higher quality, higher definition and faster response speed content, the 5th generation (5th-Generation, 5G) mobile communication technology has emerged at the historic moment, which includes a number of new technologies, including large-scale Array antenna (Massive-MIMO), beam forming technology (Beam Forming), millimeter wave communication, etc. Among them, the millimeter wave communication technology mainly refers to the communication technology that uses electromagnetic waves (frequency 30 GHz to 300 GHz) with wavelengths in the order of millimeters as base station access network carriers. The intervention of millimeter wave technology has reduced the size of the vibr...
