The invention discloses a repair essence which is prepared from a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from water, an alcohol solvent, acetylated (sucrose distearate), afirst preservative and carbomer; the component B is prepared from 2-5 parts of composite plant extract, 0.05-0.2 part of triethanolamine and 0.2-0.4 part of a second preservative, wherein the composite plant extract is prepared from a radix cynanchi atrati extract, an opuntia ficus-indica extract, a helichrysum bracteatum extract, a chlorella extract and a red pine needle extract; the first preservative is methylparaben; the second preservative is prepared from a polyhydric alcohol preservative and phenoxyethanol; the total content of the first preservative and the second preservative in the repair essence is less than or equal to 0.5wt%; and the component B accounts for 3-10wt% of the repair essence.
