Abstract

The invention provides a high-reliability motor end face static sealing structure. The end face static sealing structure is arranged between a housing and a cover body of a motor; a circle of convex rib is arranged on a port of the housing towards the cover body; a circle of convex edge is arranged on the cover body towards the housing; and when the cover body is covered on the housing through a pressing structure, the convex edge is located on the periphery of the convex rib. The end face static sealing structure comprises a sealing heat-insulation pad. The sealing heat-insulation pad is a sheet-shaped body; the middle portion of the sheet-shaped body serves as a heat insulation part; and the periphery of the sheet-shaped body is provided with a circle of flange to serve as a sealing part. A sealing groove corresponding to the flange is formed in the cover body; the groove bottom of the sealing groove serves as a first sealing surface and makes contact with and seals the top surface of the flange; the top surface of the convex rib of the housing is used as a second sealing surface and makes contact with and seals the bottom surface of the flange; at least one heat insulation groove is formed in the inner surface of the cover body in a concave mode; the portion, corresponding to the heat insulation groove, of the face, facing the cover body, of the heat insulation part is a heat insulation face; and the heat insulation face and the heat insulation groove form a heat insulation cavity.
