The railway non-interlocking train receiving and dispatching route confirmation system comprises turnout labels, an intelligent hook lock device and a route confirmation terminal, wherein the inner side surfaces of a positioning guide railand a reverse guide rail of each turnout are respectively provided with a turnout label for marking the turnout as positioning or reverse and the current number of a station track; the intelligent hook lock device comprises a reading device, a single chip microcomputer and a hook lock device, wherein the reading device and the single chip microcomputer are fixed on the hook lock device; the reading device corresponds to the turnout label position on the positioning guide rail or the reversed guide rail; when a road switch operator uses the hook lock device to complete turnout locking, the reading device reads the mark information in the turnout labels in the range; the single chip microcomputer is used for identifying the mark information, judging whether the turnout is in a positioning or reverse position state and sending the result to a route confirmation terminal; and the route confirmation terminal is used for displaying the train route in a white light band form according to thestate of each turnout.
