The SSR1-SSR10 primer pairs are independently developed SSR marker primers with erianthus arundinaceus specificity, the SSR markers have the characteristic of being averagely distributed on genomes of erianthus arundinaceus, amplification is performed by one or several pairs of primers of the markers, and the erianthus arundinaceus blood relationship can be judged to exist as long as erianthus arundinaceus specific bands appear.
