Abstract

The invention discloses a diagnostic marker for atrial fibrillation. A QPCR experiment is used for proving that differences exist in the expression of a GRP gene in blood of normal people and patientswith the atrial fibrillation, and therefore, it is considered that GRP is a molecular marker for diagnosing the atrial fibrillation. A ROC curve shows that an AUC value of the patients with the atrial fibrillation is distinguished as 0.915 by the GRP, and thus the molecular marker has high clinical diagnosis value.
