Abstract

The invention discloses a waterborne UV (ultraviolet) antifouling self-cleaning coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of coating components and 3-10 parts of aid components, wherein the coating components comprise the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of a waterborne polyurethane acrylate emulsion, 5-10 parts of a waterborne UV monomer, 5-10 parts of wax powder, 2-5 parts of a light initiator, 0.05-0.2 part of a pH regulator, 0.5-2 parts of a wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 0.1-0.4 part of a dispersant, 0.5-2 parts of a rheological agent and 3-6 parts of matting powder and 20-30 parts of deionized water; the aid component comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-90% of trifluorooctyl triethoxysilane and 10-30% of a diluent. The coating is good in base material wettability, good in leveling performance, low in surface tension, smooth in paint film, delicate and smooth in hand feeling, good inadhesion, good in water boiling resistance, good in weather resistance and good in wear resistance.
