Abstract

The invention relates to a duplicate removal method for nondestructive testing data of an aero-engine rotating part, and belongs to the field of nondestructive testing. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning and detecting defect data; establishing a part shape model and reconstructing defect three-dimensional coordinates; searching a part defect duplicate removal criterion: performingstepping search in a preset range, and taking a value corresponding to the stepping with the maximum defect number increase in the stepping range as a final duplicate removal criterion value; and realizing part defect duplicate removal; and realizing result sorting. A proper defect data processing and analyzing method is adopted according to the process characteristics of ultrasonic detection, andthe problem that the reliability of ultrasonic detection data is affected due to the fact that defect signals are repeatedly recorded in an existing detection process is solved; automation of ultrasonic detection defect data deduplication processing is achieved, and meanwhile the accuracy and efficiency of defect signal deduplication are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of non-destructive testing, and relates to a deduplication method for non-destructive testing data of an aero-engine rotating part. Background technique [0002] The detection of micro-inclusion defects inside metal parts usually adopts the ultrasonic pulse reflection method, that is, when an ultrasonic wave of a certain frequency propagates in a material, if it encounters an interface with a different acoustic impedance from the material, a reflected signal will be generated, and the signal will be received by the probe , and displayed on the screen. In order to detect tiny defects in materials, the key is to improve the ultrasonic signal amplitude and signal-to-noise ratio reflected by small defects. Using the focused probe water immersion method for detection can effectively improve the detection sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio of small defects, realize automatic detection, avoid the influence of human facto...
