Embodiment Construction

[0180] The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0181] Embodiment of the Invention, Example 1

[0182] The device comprises a housing 1 ( figure 1 ), where the surface of the housing has a pebble texture at the position 5 where it contacts the operator's arm ( figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 ), the left and right halves of the shell ( figure 1 ) are manufactured separately and assembled after placing the following components in the left and right halves: with rotating wheels 11 ( figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 , Figure 4 ) of the screw 12 ( Figure 4 ), slider 13 ( Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 5 , Figure 6 ), transparent window 7 ( figure 1 , figure 2 , image 3 ), threaded element 15 ( Figure 5 , Figure 5a , Figure 6 , Figure 7 ), slider arrow 17 ( Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 5a , Figure 6 , Figure 7 ), elastic coupling 20 ( Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 5a , Figure 7 ), the el...

Abstract

The invention is intended for use in medicine and enables maximally precise, quick and safe positioning of a coronary stent in the case of uncomplicated and complicated anatomical injuries of the coronary vascular bed, and also when stenting renal and visceral arteries. The claimed device consists of a body with a tail portion, a wheel for rotating a screw, a screw, a slider with threaded elementsand a scale for identifying the position of the slider and a resilient tensioning member with elastic locking members disposed thereon, a wedge piece consisting of two elements, a spring and a lock button, arranged inside the body. When preparing the device for use, the coronary stent is first inserted on a delivery system into the device; the coronary stent is then manually manoeuvred on the delivery system to the injured site of the coronary artery, the delivery system is locked in the device, and the stent is positioned in the coronary artery using the rotation wheel. A second embodiment of the device consists of a body with a tail portion, a wheel for rotating a screw, a screw, rotating gears, a clamping cylinder, and a lock button with springs for accommodating guides for a deliverysystem inside the body.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention is suitable for use in medicine, enabling the most precise, rapid and safe positioning of coronary stents in the case of simple or complex anatomical lesions of the coronary bed, in particular in the case of endovascular procedures by means of coronary The stent method recanalizes the part of the artery restricted by the disease to position the coronary stent in the coronary artery. [0002] The device is intended for use in cases of coronary ostium lesions, coronary bifurcation lesions (including left main coronary artery lesions and right coronary ostium lesions), and for "stent-to-stent" implantation to reduce "overlap" area. [0003] The use of this device allows to significantly reduce the radiation exposure of the patient and medical staff as well as the patient's exposure to radiopaque contrast media. [0004] Professionals with no experience in the field of interventional cardiology can successfully use the device during specializ...
