Embodiment Construction

[0022] Such as Figure 1~3 As shown in the detection method, the subject is in the supine position, and the high-precision single-axis inclination sensor is installed on the bottom of the ordinary mattress close to the chest of the human body, so as to record the vibration of the heart and respiratory movement, and the BCG data is obtained by using the inclination sensor. Acquired by a 12-bit ADC with a sampling rate of 1kHz.

[0023] The signal acquired by the inclination sensor represents the beat-by-beat reaction force of blood replacement in the subject on the inclination sensor, and it is proportional to the horizontal force generated by human physiological activities. The subject's beat-to-beat reaction force to the inclination sensor is converted into an AC voltage output with a DC offset through the acquisition system. Firstly, high-pass filtering is performed on the original signal collected by the inclination sensor with a cutoff frequency of 3Hz to remove the DC co...

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel peak extraction method for heart rate estimation. During the human heartbeats, minute vibration parallel to the axis of a spine of the human body can be generated, anda high-precision angle sensor is used for measuring the fine body pulsation which is caused by the human heartbeats; and the heart rate is the change period which is obtained through filter processing of electrical signals by using the sensor. The high-precision single-axis inclination sensor is installed at the position, near the human chest, of the bottom of an ordinary mattress so as to recordvibration and breathing movement of the heart, the inclination sensor can be used for acquiring BCG data, and detection of the maximum difference between locally adjacent wave peaks and troughs is corresponding to heartbeat detection of a BCG signal peak mode of a single heartbeat; and multiple times of judgment is performed so as to estimate the heart rate. The novel peak extraction method is not affected easily by the mood and emotion of a subject, tests and data record can be performed under the condition of no notices to the subject, early detection of heart diseases is facilitated through feature extraction and matching of a large amount of data about the heart rate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of heart rate detection, in particular to a novel peak extraction method for heart rate estimation. Background technique [0002] At present, heart diseases are one of the common causes of human death. How to prevent and detect such diseases is the most concerned issue, and the key to detection and diagnosis is how to obtain long-term heart activity data. The traditional 24-hour electrocardiogram can obtain heart activity data over a period of time, but it is difficult to find a convenient and affordable instrument to monitor and extract heart activity data for a longer period of time. This paper uses embedded sensors to monitor the subject's heart rate in real time for a long time, providing a method for hospital clinical and home care to obtain heart rate data for a long time and to help online detection of heart diseases. Ballistocardiography is a method of recording the body vibration caused by heart ac...
