When water flow is too large, a blade, a cross shaft and a sector gear are driven to rotate fast, and the sector gear meshes with a lifting plate and can drive the lifting plate to move up. The steel framed bridge can be fixedly installed in land on both sides of the river, and people in a village can go in and out conveniently.
