The bipolar plate comprises a first polar plate and a second polar plate, wherein oneof the first polar plate and the second polar plate is a cathode plate, the other of the first polar plate and the second polar plate is an anode plate, a plurality of cooling runners with differentlengths are formed between the first polar plate and the second polar plate, and cross sectional areas of the cooling runners are positively correlated with the lengths of the cooling runners. The bipolar plate is advantaged in that the cross section area of the longer cooling flow channel is larger, and the cross section area of the shorter cooling flow channel is smaller; although the cooling flow channel with longer length has larger resistance and slow flow rate, however, the cross sectional area is large, although the cooling flow channel with shorter length is smaller in resistance, theflow velocity is high, but the cross sectional area is small, so the flow difference of cooling liquid in the cooling flow channels with different lengths can be reduced, the cooling effects of different areas on the bipolar plate are closer, the temperature distribution on the bipolar plate is more uniform, the fuel cell can work more stably, and the service life of the fuel cell is prolonged.
