Embodiment Construction

[0039] refer to Figures 1 to 6 , has shown the cosmetics taking-out device 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The device 100 is particularly suitable for removing products from small cylindrical containers (not shown) used to package cosmetic products (eg, foundation, etc.), which would otherwise be difficult to reach and remove.

[0040] refer to figure 1 , the device 100 includes a curved handle 120 having a gripping member to allow a user to grip the device 100 in use. The device 100 also includes a neck 110 extending between the handle 120 and the product removal head having a flexible wiping member 130 .

[0041] The neck 110 includes a proximal neck 112 located adjacent to the wiper member 130 and a distal neck 114 located adjacent to the handle 120 . In a preferred embodiment, the neck 110 is integrally formed with the handle 120 by using a molded polymer material. The neck 110, and particularly the middle portion of the neck 110, is curved a...

Abstract

A cosmetic retrieval device for retrieving cosmetic product from a container, the device comprising: a handle adapted for being gripped by a user; a head with a flexible wiping member extending outwardly therefrom, the wiping member having a substantially wedge shaped configuration for wiping inner walls of the container for retrieving product during use; a neck extending between the handle and the head, the neck comprising a proximal neck portion located adjacent the head; a distal neck portion located adjacent the handle wherein the proximal neck portion is narrower than the distal neck portion and wherein thickness of the curved neck portion gradually decreases from the distal neck portion to the proximal neck portion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for removing products, especially cosmetics, from containers that are difficult to reach and remove. Background technique [0002] Discussion of any prior art document, technique, method or apparatus shall not be deemed to constitute any acknowledgment or evidence that such prior art forms or has formed common general knowledge. [0003] Cosmetics and beauty products, such as foundations, are often packaged in containers of various shapes and sizes. Certain products, such as foundations, are typically packaged in usually cylindrical glass or plastic containers of relatively small diameter (typically between 1 cm and 1.5 cm). Cosmetics can be sticky and often a lot of product can stick to the inner walls of the container. Thus, the shape or configuration of the container combined with the stickiness or stickiness of the cosmetic make certain products within the container often unusable and often discarded. Some cosme...
