The replaceable connecting beam comprises a replaceable member and concrete connecting beams at the two ends ofthe replaceable member, the replaceable member comprises a metal damper, a limiting anti-buckling restrained supporting device, a replaceable member connecting plate and a metal damper connecting plate. According to the replaceable connecting beam with a double-security mechanism, under the action of a large earthquake and a principal earthquake, the metal damper centralizes plastic damage, underthe action of a super-large earthquake or a large aftershock, when the metal damper fails and there is not enough time to replace the metal damper, therefore, the plastic damage is centralized into the replaceable member all the time, and other parts of the structure can be protected against unrepairable damage.
