The method comprises the following steps: step one, preheating an aerosol measurement system; step two, conveying the aerosol to a test container, and carrying out deposition; step three, measuring theaerosol by using an aerosol measurement system connected with the test container; step four, aerosol resuspension and reentrainment measurement; step five, carrying out aerosol measurement; and stepsix, after aerosol measurement, carrying out pressure relief of the test container and exhausting waste gas and waste liquid. According to the invention, the test model study can be carried out on theaerosol migration behaviors in the passive containment shell of the third-generation nuclear power plant systematically and comprehensively; and with testing and simulation of the rear real aerosol environment, the aerosol behavior test under a severe accident condition can be carried out conveniently.
