[0039]After an electroplating plant stopped production, it was found that its soil was polluted by heavy metals copper, zinc, nickel, lead, and hexavalent chromium. The results of the distilled water experiment show that the soil will release high concentrations of copper and zinc pollutants, and the released concentrations far exceed the limit value of category V groundwater in my country's current "Groundwater Environmental Quality Standards" (GB / T-14848-2017). In the case of any treatment, the heavy metals in the soil will pollute the surrounding area (see Table 1 for details). The stabilizing agent designed according to Table 2 was put into the polluted soil, and the experimental group 6# was the agent and the way of delivery of this application.
