Abstract

The invention discloses a cut tobacco drying and head drying process modeling and optimal setting control method based on long-term prediction. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing TPS-ARX modeling by utilizing multi-section cut tobacco drying and head drying process historical data acquired under different working conditions; in the parameter optimization process of the TPS-ARX model, obtaining a model parameter capable of minimizing the long-term prediction error of the TPS-ARX model by reasonably defining an objective function. And an optimal set curve parameter optimization method for each input variable, which is based on multi-section cut tobacco drying head historical data and can minimize the accumulative error between model prediction output and a set value, is designed. According to the optimal set curve of the cut tobacco drying process optimized by the method, the moisture content of the outlet cut tobacco can be increased to be close to a set valueas soon as possible.
