The pixel aperture ratio adjusting method comprises the following steps: calculating a second chromaticity coordinate during white light according to a T0 moment, a first chromaticity coordinate of sub-pixels of different colors of a display panel and a first brightness value; simulating a TF moment, displaying third chromaticity coordinates and third brightness values of sub-pixels with different colors by the display panel, enabling TF to be equal to T0 + F, and calculating fourth chromaticity coordinates ofwhite light at the TF moment according to a color matching principle; utilizing the second chromaticity coordinate and the fourth chromaticity coordinate to calculate white light chromatic aberrationof the two; and if the white light color difference is greater than the predetermined threshold, adjusting the aperture opening ratio of the corresponding color, and re-simulating the color coordinates and brightness values of the sub-pixels of different colors at the TF moment until a fourth chromaticity coordinate of which the white light color difference is less than or equal to the predetermined threshold is obtained.
