Abstract

The invention provides a two-way anti-displacement device and method for power transmission line tension stringing. A driving mechanism, a first line speed measuring module, a second line speed measuring module, a first clamping mechanism and a second clamping mechanism are connected to a single-chip microcomputer. The first clamping mechanism is arranged close to the first line speed measuring module. The second clamping mechanism is arranged close to the second line speed measuring module. The single-chip microcomputer obtains the running speed of the power transmission line at a first sideportion through the first line speed measuring module, obtains the running speed of the power transmission line at a second side portion through the second line speed measuring module, and instructs the second clamping mechanism to lock the power transmission line and stops the driving mechanism when the obtained running speed of the power transmission line at the first side portion is greater than a preset threshold. The device can pass a wire normally during a normal laying process, and can fix the wire to a pulley or an iron tower in time once the wire breaks, thereby greatly improving thesafety and stability of the power transmission line construction.
