The air guide structure comprises: a plurality of air guide rings, wherein a plurality of the air guide rings include at least one first air guide ring, at least one second air guide ring and at least one third air guide ring, both the first air guide ring and the second air guide ring are provided with a pluralityof flow guide wings, the air guide direction of the flow guide wings on the first air guide ring is opposite to the air guide direction of the flow guide wings on the second air guide ring, a plurality of micropores are formed in the third air guide ring, and the a plurality of the air guide rings are arranged at an air outlet frame of the air conditioner and can be sequentially arranged into multiple layers in the incoming flow direction; and a transmission mechanism, wherein the transmission mechanism can respectively drive a plurality of the air guide rings to move along the air outlet frame. By applying the position-variable multi-layer air guide structure, the air guide rings are controlled to ascend and descend through the transmission mechanism, and the air direction and the air volume of a specific height and region can be controlled; and the air guide structure has the advantages of being variable in air supply direction, wide in air supply range, small in swing air loss, controllable in air speed and good in comfort experience.
