The compounding device of a full-automatic sewn-in label machine comprises a machinebase, a compounding machine, a moving assembly, a cutting mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a conveying assembly. The cutting mechanism cuts a miniature label into a straight surface label or a folding label, conveys the label to a working area, for bonding a compound label, of the compounding machine, and makes the label static and keeps waiting. The clamping mechanism clamps a stacked label to the moving assembly. The moving assembly moves the stacked label into the working area of the compounding machine. Afterwards, the compounding machine compounds the stacked label and the cut miniature label to form a compound label. Then, the cutting mechanism resets, and the moving assembly resets. Finally, the conveying assembly sucks the compound label and moves the compound label to a presetposition, so that full-automatic compounding of the compound label is achieved. Therefore, the compounding efficiency of sewn-in labels is improved.
