Abstract

The control method comprises the following steps that 1) a user sets a distance between ayarn and a hook knife; 2) the stroke of the hook knife and a rapier is calculated according to the distance information; 3) a motor rotates forwardly, a lead screw platform slides, and the hook knifeand the rapier reach specified positions; 4) an air cylinder moves to drive a lifting ring to move with the yarn, so that the yarn is inclined, and the yarn is in a hook knife backhaul path; 5) the motor rotates reversely, so that the hook knife and the rapier return, the yarn slides into the hook knife in the movement process and is hooked by the hook knife; 6) the hook knife and the rapier return to the designated positions, the end of a lever is in contact with a rapier positioning table, and the lever moves forwards, so that the hook knife rotates and the yarn is disengaged; 7) the motor rotates forwardly, the lever and the rapier positioning table are no longer in contact; and 8) a return spring returns the hook to the original position.
