Embodiment Construction

[0016] From figure 1 As can be seen in the bottle or packaging container 2 described in , a pouring spout 6 and a cap 3 mounted on the pouring spout 6 are provided on the top 1 .

[0017] The profile of the bottle may be tapered, regular or modified, which profile enables the bottle or packaging container 2 to be nested one within the other after the top 1 has been removed.

[0018] figure 2 The same bottle is shown with a pull ring 7 added to the conventional closure 5 .

[0019] exist image 3 , the stacking structure on the support plate 10 can be seen.

[0020] The top 1 is secured to the bottle or packaging container 2 using known clamping means. For example, the top of the bottle or packaging container 2 can be threaded in the same way as the lid 3, or separated using known means (e.g., tearing the plastic, shearing, puncturing the covering, using a cutting line or otherwise) things, etc.). The top is separated in this way so that the empty bottles or containers 2...

Abstract

The invention concerns the field of storage, transport, recovery and recycling of bottles or packs (2) made of plastic or other material. It provides the possibility of using the content of bottles or packs (2) at will, using the pouring spout (6) and the cap (3) mounted on the tops (1) which are screwed on, clipped on or fixed by other means, and on the standard seals (5) in any material, fixed on the top of bottles or packs (2) before the tops (1) or seals (5) are definitively removed for stacking the bottles or packs (2). The inventive design aims at facilitating the stacking of bottles or packs to reduce storage space and for transport for refill in a reduced space, and, ultimately to facilitate collection for recycling or transformation into raw material. The inventive concept uses for transport supports (10) designed to receive the bases of the bottles or packs (2), the top of the stack receiving plates with the impressions of the caps (3) to protect them during transportation of the filled bottles and packs (2). The inventive concept fulfils the need to use the product contained in bottles or packs (2) at the rate desired by the consumer, and at will, since he has the possibility of closing the container with the cap (3) without having to remove the seal (5) or the top (1), and without the product being too uncovered and therefore likely to spill.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a stackable bottle comprising an opening at the top of the bottle closed by a seal, the closure being provided with a pouring spout enabling the contents of the bottle to be poured out without removing the seal, capable of being removed Seals for stacking empty bottles. Background technique [0002] US Patent US-5125512 by ARTHUR J O'LEARY on June 30, 1992 relates to a glass container which, after removal of the threaded top, allows the glass containers to be stacked and not easily poured contents unless the top is completely removed. [0003] In US-5373961 JACK HARRIS on December 20, 1994, containers can also be formed into a stack, topped by a removable crown with an opening through which a straw can be inserted and scaled instruments. Such openings are not satisfactory for accessing the contents. [0004] In the German patent document DE-A-4435822 a container is described, which is designed to pack liquids, the container...
