Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent robot inspection system and method. The system comprises an intelligent robot which is used for collecting equipment operation state information of to-be-inspected equipment in real time by using a machine vision system according to an inspection plan issued by a control center and sending the collected equipment operation state information to the control center, wherein the equipment operation state information comprises board card lamp display state information; and a control center which is used for making an inspection plan, issuing the inspection planto the intelligent robot, monitoring the to-be-inspected equipment according to the equipment operation state information, identifying and predicting equipment faults and giving an alarm. According to the invention, the operation state of the equipment can be monitored in real time, equipment faults can be timely identified, positioned and early warned, the personnel inspection workload is saved,and the requirements of stable, safe and efficient operation of rail transit lines are met.
