Abstract

The cambered surface dispensing device comprises a mechanical module, an image acquisition module, an image processing module, a dispensing module and a control module. According to the cambered surface dispensing device, a camera is used for collecting images of annular parts, circle center coordinates of the parts are obtained through an image processing algorithm, and charging tray position compensation is conducted; a needle head image is acquired byusing the camera, a needle head is manually finely adjusted to enable the circle center of the needle head image to coincide with the calibrated baseline, and needle head position compensation is performed; and all parts of the device are subjected to linkage control through a computer, and therefore automatic dispensing of the cambered surface of the annular part is achieved.
