The isolation amplifier is used for detecting voltage drop at two ends of the sampling circuit to obtain first detection voltage. The input end of the signal processing circuit is electrically connected with the output end of the isolation amplifier. The signal processing circuit is used for obtaining thefirst detection voltage and carrying out filtering and amplification processing on the first detection voltage to obtain a second detection voltage. The analog-to-digital conversion circuit is electrically connected with the output end of the signal processing circuit.
