The physical layer encryption transmission system comprises a construction module, an estimation module and an encryption module which operate on a base station of a multi-input single-output (MISO) wireless communication system; the construction module is used for a construction system;the estimation module is used for channel estimation; and the encryption module is used for encryption sending.
