According to the method, the device and the electronic equipment, the extracted features are further optimized by combining the deep mutual learning network on the basis of extracting the features by utilizing at least two convolutional neural networks, so that the license plate character recognition accuracy is greatly improved, and the license plate character recognition capabilityis improved.
