The baseline processing method of the pulse signal comprises the following steps of:sequentially acquiring data of each sampling point in a to-be-processed pulse signal; acquiring an average value of the data of a current sampling point and a continuous preset number of sampling points before the current sampling point, and taking the average value as a baseline value corresponding to the current sampling point; and subtracting the corresponding baseline value from the data of each sampling point to obtain baseline-removed data of each sampling point, thereby obtaining a baseline-removed target pulse signal.
