Abstract

The invention discloses a method for quantifying the species composition differences of plant communities. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a quadrat; (2) collecting data; (3) analyzing species biological differences among the quadrat; and (4) analyzing the species composition differences of the plant communities. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the number difference and the biological difference between the species are considered at the same time, the problem that the biological difference between the species is not included when the community composition difference is calculated through community investigation data is solved, the community investigation work is not increased, meanwhile, the plant community species composition difference is reflected more comprehensively and accurately in a quantified mode, and the method is convenient to use and easy to use.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of community ecology, and more specifically relates to a method for quantifying the difference in species composition of plant communities. Background technique [0002] Differences in community composition reflect the spatial variation of species composition at a regional or local scale. Quantifying the difference in community composition is one of the key issues in the research fields of community ecology and biogeography. It can not only provide an explanation for the mechanism of biodiversity construction, but also monitor the response of community composition to global climate change and guide the management and management of ecosystems. Protect. [0003] Differences in community composition can be quantified by collecting species composition data at different sites within the study area. Currently widely used methods include: the Jaccard dissimilarity index based on the presence or absence of species...
