The upper magnet is arranged on themachining head, and the positioning pin is made of the ferromagnetic material, so that when the machining head moves down by a preset distance, the positioning pin moves up under the magnetic attracting action of the upper magnet so as to be inserted into a positioning hole of a workpiece and fix the workpiece; and when the machining head moves up, the positioning pin automatically falls back intothe hole along with disappearing of the magnetic force, and thus the workpiece is loosened.
