By the process, a frequency of blocking a spinneret can be greatly reduced, and a spinneret replacement rate of the spinneret is reduced to 12 to 15%; meanwhile, the prepared polyester filament yarns reach an antibacterial rate of 96.0 to 98.5% for bacteria easy to infect by human bodies, such as staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, candida albicansand the like; and the finished yarns are uniform in colour and lustre and high in transparency, and obvious carbon black and particle agglomeration phenomenon are invisible to naked eyes.
