The direct-current input end of the control panel takes power from a -48V direct-current unit of a switching power supply; the direct-current output end of the control panel is provided with multiple paths of output, wherein each path of output is provided with one change-over switch; each change-over switch is correspondingly connected with one shunt;each shunt is connected with one group of load ends, and one group of load ends is only used for supplying power to one operator device; and the three-phase AC input end of the control panel takes power from an AC unit of the switching power supply through an active detection interface.
