Abstract

The invention discloses a wound measuring and recording system. The system comprises a data processor and an electronic recording pen. The system comprises the following steps: a data processor scansa code of a patient and inputs basic information of the patient; the data processor periodically photographs the wound of the patient and then processes the obtained wound picture according to a preset wound comparison processing standard so as to obtain first wound data including the area of parts of the wound, the percentage of occupation compared with the wound picture and the size of the totalarea of the skin with the abnormal wound; the wound depth is measured, a sterile cotton swab or a sterile catheter stretch into the deep wound to obtain wound depth information as second wound data,and the second wound data is input into the data processor; and recording, tracking and feedback of wound quality and the wound depth are carried out in real time according to the obtained first wounddata and the obtained second wound data. The system can easily and conveniently detect the area and depth of the wound so as to play an auxiliary role in judging and treating the wound.
