Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a multi-pointer message management method and device. The method comprises the following steps of: storing addresses of a plurality of data storage pointers inwhich message fragment data is stored and an address of a next address storage pointer storing a plurality of addresses in the same address storage pointer; and during reading, taking one address storage pointer as a current reading pointer, and reading the address of the data storage pointer in the current reading pointer, thereby obtaining the address of the data storage pointer, further reading the message fragmentation data in the plurality of data storage pointers, and taking the next address storage pointer as the next current reading pointer for reading. By reading the message fragmentdata stored based on a linked list storage mode, the influence of the read message operation logic and the path delay of the storage medium on the message output bandwidth can be reduced, so that thetime interval of reading the message fragments is shortened, and the message output bandwidth is increased.
