The pre-coating is composed of coagulant flocs adsorbed on the surface of an ultrafiltration membrane and a zeolite-like imidazolate framework-horseradish peroxidase composite material dispersed in the coagulant flocs, wherein the zeolite-like imidazolate framework-horseradish peroxidase composite material comprises a zeolite-like imidazolate framework matrix and horseradish peroxidaseattached to the matrix. A preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the zeolitic imidazolate framework-horseradish peroxidase composite material into a coagulant floc solution, uniformly mixing, and filtering on the surface of the ultrafiltration membrane. The composite material and hydroxyl iron flocs are jointly deposited on the surface of the membrane, so that the settleability of the membrane can be improved, the pollution purification function of the membrane is effectively exerted, and hardening and passivation are avoided; bovine serum albumin is added, so that the diffusivity and the utilization efficiency of horse radish peroxidase can be improved; the method is simple, feasible and good in application prospect.
