Benefits of technology

This technology allows people who want or require more flexibility when testing different types of documents on an automated device (ATE). It also helps reduce maintain-costly manual tasks like sending tests back) while still being able to communicate with the ATE's computer network efficiently without requiring them manually sort through irrelevant results from previous versions that were used earlier during testing.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents relates to improving upon existing methods for analyzing household appliance tests that require multiple sensor devices installed at various locations around the house where they were used. These conventional systems have limitations such as requiring constant updates from developers due to new features added over time, lacked automation capabilities when generating large amounts of documentation based on varying conditions like temperature settings, humidity levels, etc., making them difficult to manage efficiently while maintaining their effectiveness.

Embodiment Construction

[0051] The specific embodiment of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and specific example:

[0052] Such as figure 1 As shown, the IoT-oriented home appliance test report generation and interaction method includes the following steps:

[0053] S1. The user defines a new test report template. First, the user creates a new Excel file on the local computer. Different test reports have different formats and fixed titles. According to user needs, design the format of the Excel file and edit the fixed title, and the design will be completed. Save the Excel file to the local computer to form a test report baseboard file;

[0054] S2. Visually configure the report base file according to the test standards and test project requirements, and save the configuration information to form a test report configuration information file;

[0055] S3. The test report base plate file and the test report configuration information file jo...

Abstract

The invention discloses an Internet of Things-oriented household appliance test report generation and interaction method and device, and relates to the field of Internet of Things household appliancetests. The method comprises the steps: designing and editing a test report bottom plate file; performing visual configuration on the report bottom plate file to form a test report configuration information file; forming a test report template by the test report bottom plate file and the test report configuration information file together, and storing the test report template in a cloud platform test report template library or a user-defined local test report template library; matching a corresponding test report template from the test report template library according to the test standard number, the test item name and the version number, and generating a test report; and uploading the test report and the test result to a laboratory management system. A user can define the test report template by himself/herself to adapt to variable test report forms, tedious data arrangement work is omitted, development and maintenance cost of software is reduced, the test report automatically interacts with a laboratory management system, and labor cost is greatly saved.
