The control method comprises the steps that the current driving state of a vehicle and positionsand motion states of objects around the vehicle are obtained; the state information is interacted with surrounding vehicles, then importance screening is conducted on the state information and the environment information of the surrounding vehicles; and information possibly generating interference on the vehicles is obtained and input into a vehicle-mounted CPU for decision making and then a control execution module performs braking. Therefore, self-adaptive vehicle speed control over the vehicle is achieved.
