The invention discloses an Internet-of-Vehicles data transaction method based on a block chain, which comprises the following steps: establishing a data transaction network topology structure based onan alliance block chain, wherein the data transaction network topology structure comprises: a plurality of vehicles which have locally stored vehicle data and are in communication connection with anauthorized edge server; a plurality of edge servers which comprise edge layers and block chain layers, wherein the edge layers are used as transaction agents, and a bidding process of inter-vehicle data transaction is executed by adopting a double auction mechanism; by taking the block chain layers, forming a block chain network, running the intelligent contract, and providing data agent storage,calculation support of a bidding process and consensus of the block chain intelligent contract for the edge layers; and establishing a first objective function by taking buyer utility maximization, seller cost minimization and social welfare maximization of a transaction agent as market balance, and obtaining the optimal solution of the first objective function.
