The container is filled with liquid , refrigerant circulates in the heat exchange tubes, and there are liquid internal circulation and liquid external circulation in the container. The water circulation system of the air conditioner includes a compressor, a four-way valve, a fin heat exchanger, an expansion valve and the above-mentioned heat exchanger. The control method is to adjust the operation of the inner circulation pump and the outer circulation pump through the inlet and outlet temperature of the liquid outer circulation and the outlet temperature of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger, the air-conditioning water circulation system and the control method thereof provided by the present invention perform heat exchange through the liquid internal circulation and the liquid external circulation, and the two can operate independently, which reduces the energy consumption of the pump, reduces energy consumption, and realizes energy saving.
