Abstract

The system comprises a photoelectric conversion device, a primaryfiltering device, a secondary filtering device, a power supply device and an electrolysis device, wherein the primary filtering device is connected with the electrolysis device through the secondary filtering device, and the filtering precision of the secondary filtering device is higher than the filtering precision of the primary filtering device; and the photoelectric conversion device is connected with the electrolysis device through the power supply device. Since seawater resources and sunlight are rich, waste of fresh water resources is reduced since the seawater is used as a hydrogen production raw material, and the photoelectric conversion device is used for providing electric energy; and impurities in the seawater can be effectively removed and the water quality of the seawater during electrolysis is guaranteed through the two-stage filtering devices, and therefore, the service life of the electrolysis device can be prolonged.
