The invention discloses rolling-process PVC hot-pressing color-changing artificial leather and a preparation process thereof. The artificial leather prepared through the preparation process comprisesa PVC surface layer, a foam layer, a bonding layer and a base cloth layer from outside to inside, wherein the PVC surface layer, the foam layer and the bonding layer are sequentially attached to the base cloth layer, and the rolling-process PVC hot-pressing color-changing artificial leather is prepared through line absorption cooling after foaming. The processing process of the artificial leatheris simplified, process cost is low, and process efficiency is high; and meanwhile, the artificial leather prepared through the preparation process can be subjected to hot-pressing color changing, is high in color change contrast ratio and good in wear resistance and has long service life.
