The mounting structure comprises a base and a lower cover of the induction device, wherein the base and the lower cover of the induction device are installed on a highway guardrail, the lower cover is connected with the base through three ball-head rods, the lower cover isprovided with three bowl structures distributed in a triangle shape, ball heads of the three ball-head rods are located in the three bowl structures respectively and can rotate relative to the bowl structures, the base is provided with first threaded holes corresponding to the three bowl structures, rod parts of the ball-head rods penetrate through the lower cover, extend into the first threadedholes and are in threaded fit with the first threaded holes, one first threaded hole is a blind hole, and the ends of the rod parts in the other two first threaded holes are provided with Torx screws.Due to the arrangement, the problem that an overall structure of an existing foggy weather induction device and the base are connected fixedly and cannot adapt to actual working conditions and accordingly the induction device is likely to be rickety after installation is solved.
