The material taking cavity is located abovethe material taking opening and can rotate and move between a first position communicating with the discharging opening and a second position communicating with the material taking opening around therotating center axis. The sealing piece and the material taking cavity integrally rotate around the rotating center axis so as to seal or open the discharging opening. The pressure reducing unit communicates with the containing space and is used for enabling the pressure in the containing space to be lower than preset pressure. According to the invention, a negative pressure environment can be formed in the containing space through the pressure reducing unit, the air content is reduced, and the respiratory action of food materials can be slowed down. The food materials in the containing spaceare taken out through the material taking unit, the frequency and degree of communication between the containing space and the external environment can be reduced, and long-time fresh keeping of the food materials is facilitated.
