The control method comprises the step of running a defrosting mode, basedon the defrosting mode, the air conditioner system operates in a heating mode, the first bypass pipeline is connected, and the heater heats the refrigerant between the outdoor heat exchanger and the compressor; the indoor temperature T1 is obtained, the indoor temperature T1 is compared with the first set temperature T0, and if T1 is larger than or equal to T0, the air conditioner system enters afirst operation mode; if T1 is smaller than T0, the air conditioner system enters a second operation mode; in the first operation mode, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is adjusted to a preset value; and in the second operation mode, the indoor fan is stopped.
